I went to the spring fair for a couple of days with Thelma, met Emma, Steve, Danny and Roger. I enjoyed the time and liked the new shaped foil balloons.

I enjoyed the second morning when we found the ecommerce hall, that was interesting. Still pictures form the Qualatex stand.

It was a lovely but exhausting day. I saw most of the party hall and ventured to the new e-commerce section too. I saw some familiar faces in the balloon world.

There were also mini lecture demonstrations of which I saw two.
Sue Bowler from Qualatex, "Increase your gift sales by adding balloons".
And Chris Horne from Amscan International demonstrating Anagram's new Orbz, Cubz and Diamondz.

I also caught the end of a Quick Links demo for decorators.

Its worth going for ideas, new upcoming or "just out" products for parties and events.

It was a good couple of days looking around the event and we only did two and a half halls, I think there were over 20

Some unusual shaped balloons made an appearance at the spring fair this year,

We made a few balloons Monday night at Thelma's, the dolphins as well but I have posted those on another thread.

The handy extra height stool for Thelma, even has a step incorporated into it    I was going to buy this for her but she had one at home already.
The only balloon talk we went to was Chris Horne, he happened to be on when we passed the stage area and was talking about the new foil shapes.
