Thanks for today... I really enjoyed the few hours I managed to get to.

Some balloonchatters may remember I was a bit sceptical of the appeal of a 'basic' day to anyone who was not a beginner when Graham announced the days earlier in the year... I feel a bit of a fool now as the models shown were 1st class by anyone's standards, especially Thelma's lovely horse and Graham's extremely fast angel.

Can't wait for the 2010 days.

Just got back home and unloaded the car, I don't think I've been so tired after doing a day.
Must be old age creeping up on me    Still hope everyone had a nice time? and thanks to all that took the time to attend the day and the nice comments.
Also thanks to those that helped keep the room tidy by doing some washing up and popping all the unwanted balloons and some nice folk even brought cream cakes and biscuits.

And thanks Martin for the kind words after you were not too sure if/what benefit you would get from the day,
glad you picked up a few things  

As Thelma and I were busy all day I didn't get as many pictures as I usually do. But here are a few;

Thanks for all those who attended the L & L day.   I hope everyone got something useful from it.  We had a big turn out for the day so a mix of abilities but we like to think there was something for everyone.  I didnt get to take many photos either.  Just one of Graham showing his bike and one of everyone who came to the pub afterwards.
