cheers graham. fingers are crossed but looks unlikely. didnt lose my job tuesday, the engineer who is giving me grief didnt turn up but is supposed to be there tomorrow.

I don't know what it is like in your neck of the woods but here in the US we have a homeless person on nearly every freeway off ramp and street corner begging for money. Usually they have a sign made from a card board box (very un-original if you ask me) that states they are homeless and any amount of money is appreciated.

I've been considering sitting on a street corner with a card board sign to beg for enough money to get to Millenium jam!

I'm just not sure how to word it... "Belgium or bust" or "I don't need beer money... just a ticket to Europe" sigh... "I'm not homeless... Just want money". Then I thought I could stand there and twist balloons for money...

JUST KIDDING!

I'm still trying to figure out how to get there...

I'm not saying no yet!

I can also recommend changing money at Marks & Spencer's. I got a good rate, no commission charged.
