I'm just back from Trix and had a fab time as always, thanks to Gary and John and the rest of the crew for making it what it is.

A few pictures from the event, well first I was making a balloon dress in my hotel room after arriving early afternoon.

And somehow I managed to make the boob section wrong, even after looking at it for a while and then even days I'm
not sure how/where or when it went wrong. I did start making it from the top down and it's still a mystery to me five days later...
very odd and annoying where I'm unable to see where we went wrong.

The White is the centre and we were lowering to the Blue on either side... BUT the Blue on the right ended up one row higher... eeek!

Anyway, onto setting up the stand and up-scaling Sonic.

Last minute, I decided to add an extra table in front.
They held a minute applause for Bill and Paul which was very nice and thoughtful, two really lovely people who passed away since the last convention.

Then it was a little talk about the year, opening ceremony and the dealer dem, we all had two minutes...

Some dealers had no clue what a minute or even two was though... ROFL, he he.

Then it was showtime with the first act of the evening being Noah.

Then it was cabaret time with Noah Kelly, Max Fulham, Mike Norden and Ken Scott.
They always have a surprise guest and this year was Spencer Jones, very unusual act and very funny, I enjoyed.

Onto the late night cabaret/breakaway wand show and I think appearing were Max Fulham with Pat Fallon, Gary Dunn, John Kimmons and George Firehorse.

All ready for day two and the talks and workshops to start.

Jeremy who started off Trix a few years back now. Bronwyn and the first talk on Magic, followed by Wynn.

I'm a little vague on the workshops/lectures/talks as the only one I did get time to sit through and watch was Ken Scott,
that was the last workshop after the dealers closed.

Mike Norden came over from Canada to give his children's magic workshop along with Gaia Germani from Italy.

Alberto and his workshop on theming your magic shows. Miraiker and Tommy had a spinning advertising board and we were trying to get pictures from it...
it was tricky and we tried a few variations, they did not work in pictures but did when videoed.
