I'm off to Holland on Sunday for a Monday lecture at the original twister club. They started the club for members that I and others have followed.
Thanks Guido for an excellent idea, I think everyone appreciates it.

The stress of flying and doing a lecture, fingers crossed it will be fun.

Bit of a bumpy flight but landed ok so that is always a bonus. Guido took us out for a beautiful meal tonight, it was an excellent steak.
Been making up the models for tomorrow, will take a few pictures and post when I get home Wed.

Lecture all done, it seemed to go down well, so hopefully everyone enjoyed it and got one or two items to use. Ended up at the bar with a couple of drinks,
a very nice and pleasant way to finish off the day, will post pictures when I get home, off to have a walk around Amsterdam now.

At the airport waiting for my flight home and on 30 mins free airport Wi-Fi. Had a lovely day sight seeing with Guido, went around the city on a canal boat and then spent the afternoon in one of the museum's with some grand master paintings etc. The museum has just had a 10 year face lift and it was stunning. Will write a little more when I get home, have a few mins to wait for flight so will see if I can upload a few pictures to kill a little time.

My lift to the airport, this is Zakh my youngest grandson, Had a little hick up as the station they were going to drop me off at was having line maintenance so we made a little detour from Morden to Wimbledon but all was well in the end. My very nice hotel room, have to say I was very well looked after.

The twister group room which is situated in the main Qualatex distributor warehouse in Amsterdam. It was great seeing the club members turning up early to set the room up.

Everyone came up to say hello as they arrived and made me feel most welcome, that was nice

I think after the first 20/30 mins I started to enjoy myself, the plane was the new design that I mentioned at Bishops Stortford. I wanted to keep a few things new for this lecture but will teach this at the Leeds two day event in March.

The last picture is Millie and she was trying to make something I showed quietly but I caught her and got the picture. Sometimes pictures do not do a day justice,
the same here as well as a "Care & Share" day in the UK.
