At this point I'd better post the picture Christina took of my entry into the worst hat competition.
I'm not sure where someone who will not be named aquired this from,
but they did have similar hats on the tree display pieces at the entrace way.......... ROFL

And yes it did win the worst best hat, I'm so chuffed, he he.
But having seen the other entry I would have given it to them xx

Making some Roses for my wife, you had to be there, it was funny.
Amanda and I were twisting together and someone put two and two together and got five.
Let's say Amanda was not amused... another ROFL moment xx

The designs went onto one of the pillars in the reception area.
Then it was onto making a film camera in the style of when The Wizard of Oz was made in 1939.
The theme for the convention was Yellow Brick Road.

After adding extra supports for the camera stand it was able to sit on its own.

They were doing some filming for I think Tik Tok and wanted a microphone to use,
so we made a couple but I forgot to take a picture of the other one, oops.

Then it was onto the gala night.

Before the doors were opened for the gala evening.

The gala evening and so many in fancy dress, they were fabulous.
Amanda and I had an hour or so of ballooning and decorated the column.

I had to do a double take when Julie came up to me dressed as the witch in picture 69.
