Big thanks to L & L for  a fantastic day!  I turned up thinking it was a care & share day, my initial thought was "Oh no! It's a basic day?! I have left my ill teenage child at home alone for this!".  Within 2 minutes of starting I had learnt something new and I have been twisting for nearly 9 years!  :lol:

I am soooooo glad I came   I loved the man on motorbike and the xmas tree with the base so it stands straight is worth the cost (which is not alot) on it's own!

I am only sorry that I had to leave early to get youngest child from school and go to a parents evening - I am gutted that I missed the ride in helicopter!

Thanks again Graham & Thelma and I will see you again at all future days whether basic or not!

I went along to the Levett & Lee Roadshow as a complete balloon modeling beginner and had the best time! Thank you so much to Graham, Thelma and Lynn for organising such a fab jam and also for such a warm welcome and a real giggle! Thanks to Kate & John for taking the time to share your knowledge too - you guys are all such a great bunch!

I came home laden with balloons (as you can see from the pictures!) and lost count of the amount of times I was stopped in the high street by people asking me about them. I have learn't so many new things and can't wait to practice this weekend. In fact, like Kate, I've been dreaming about balloons ever since.

£10 for a whole days training and tea and cake to boot, not to mention meeting so many lovely people, what more could you ask for! See you at the next one!  :mrgreen: xxx

Hi Marc, Thelma and I have been talking about putting out a DVD with everything that we have shown at the days on them.
We just need to schedule it in sometime to record it.
