At the moment all of my balloons are stuffed into a small rucksack and its not easy to get to them, see the colours etc...

Just wondering what bags people had or how they stored their balloons??? I want a normal looking bag that fits balloons really well.

Someone at the June party day had a pretty 'normal' looking bag (Dave Hickory maybe?) that looked ideal and very practicle. It may have been a fishing tackle bag or similar?

I know you can get special aprons and balloon rolls, but they are either really bright and colourful (which i dont want) or cost loads.

Ideas please! (pictures even better!)

This maybe too big, but I love it!

There is loads of conversations on bags already... Try a search...  ;)

You could also use a tool box from BnQ?? Depends what you want to spend, and how professional you want to look.

Hi Stefan

Really nice to meet you at the party day - hope all is well.

I use a large cool bag, and I wrap my 260s into cylinders of foam, secured at the top with velcro - I'll get a couple of photos and post what I mean (well, when I get my camera back -- my wife left it at a friend's bbq after a couple of white wines   so it's when I get it back...)

Wayne has a really cool 'pull along' trolley bag that I've eyed enviously on a couple of occasions... I'm guessing it's a similar sort of set up to mine (but much less hassle to your shoulder!), but I've not got that close to have a good look  ;)

This is my current bag, it is from FlowerClown.

It was quite cheap and is perfect for anyone who has a lot of balloons and hates re-filling. I have about 10,000 balloons in it.

The main section is for the modelling balloons and then it has about 15-20 pockets round the side for other balloons/ stuff.

Martin.

The trolley is a bit big, though i guess the top half on its own would work from a size point of view... I just want a subtle / casual rucksack style though....

Even Argos couldn't help me in my search!

the busking bag is ideal in black looks like a shoulder bag when closed loads of side pockets & at around $38 for the basic bag very reasonable for a bag that you will use for years

While we are talking busking bags, does anyone know if you can buy the velcro tabbed rolls seperately ?

Many thanks
Kind regards

There was another thread on why it's better not to use the velcro tab rolls as once half the balloons have been used then the other half drop to the bottom of the bag.

Just found the link; set-for-busking-bag-t313.html?hilit=busking bags

It's strange that that is not a problem I have with the bags, but I wanted to use the top section to add another row onto my apron.

Looks like it will have to be another afternoon at the sewing machine !
Kind regards
