Hi All.

Many thanks to all who helped with ideas for Villains for the window display I was going to do, but I got a call this evening from the shop owner (just in the middle of Eastenders...so I was not a happy bunny !!!!)

There has been a change of plan. As it is National Storytelling Week starting on 29th Jan, could I do a Storybook theme. Ok I say, when do you want it done......."Can you come in tomorrow !!!!!!!

AAaaaagggggghhhhhh !!!!!!

Actually not too much of a problem. The books mentioned were "Alice in Wonderland", "Peter Pan", "Thomas " "Winnie the Pooh", and "Snow White"

Alice I can cover, Peter Pan is ok, with Tink, and Shirley Rays Capt Hook Hat, Winnie the Pooh I can do Twistinas characters, but I have never made a Snow White I have been happy with, so this is how I spent my evening.

I was quite pleased with the result  :D   but thanks once again for your help with villain ideas  :D
Kind regards
Kevin

Kevin can you fill the skirt out at the bottom by putting some bubbles around between the uprights, Hope that makes sense?
What would the shoulder part of the model look like in 160?

Hi Neil,

Hope you're well, always good to hear from you ! Glad you like Snow White

Thanks for the help Graham. You're right about the skirt. I first tried smaller bubbles round the bottom, but it looked to frilly, more like a Cinderelle or Belle Ball-Gown, but the row like I have now just finishes it off niceley. Thanks for that.

I thought about 160's for the sleeves, but did not think they would give the "puffed" sleeve look.

PS The red on the sleeves is some stickey backed plastic I had !
Kind regards
Kevin

nice one!

I hate faces too... as did several people I spoke to at the B/S care and share day. - could someone do a master-class on here on faces?

how about her 7 little friends?

Faces are not that hard but are more difficult than on paper. I'm not too bad (but by no means an expert ;) ) and next time I manage to get to a jam / C&S I have no problems with showing anyone how I do mine.  However, I have found than on most linework / party models the demure look is quicker and less likely to go wrong.  This is what I mean:-DSC04344.JPG[/attachment:26tloaxt]
