As hotel has one for hire to use at parties and events - thinking of having pop corn machine at afternoon tea break on day - the smell of it cooking always means I just have to have some...

Seriously though those that have not paid their fees and returned their booking forms need to get them back to us so the hotel has its numbers sorted. pretty please!!!!

There is still time to book onto the course, it is turning into a nice little day. The classes are taught 4 times so at the moment about 6 people per class which is nice for the hands on sessions.

I am not teaching but have been working on Sweets and Balloons combined centrepieces.. to have on display so everyone can look at them and see how I made them.. As sweet trees and candy buffets are getting bigger business we need to 'compete' and be creative with our balloons..

We can even take them a part and eat the sweets, but maybe after photos have been taken or during after noon Tea please!!!
