Are the ears glued together?

Miffy was one of my childhood characters.

I 'marriage' twisted the ears through the white round but even then they were not completely upright so I used four glue dots to join them together. Not ideal but it worked OK

That would be a great use for those odd balloons that are twinned together and no one is sure what to use them for.

Probably not very high actually, oh well back to the glue dots.
