We had a jam in Bristol today, I learnt a Grandfather clock. I then put black 260s inside gold 260s to make this one when I got home.

Okay, now I rest my hands.

What a lovely colour. Its been ages since I played with any double stuffed balloons. Great design and cool colour. :)

Great clock :) and love the gold colour you achieved by the double stuffing. Can I ask what might seem avert obvious question to most but how did you get a 260 inside a 260 and inflated with out it popping? I haven't had any luck doing it myself so I must be doing something wrong :(

A friend of mine gave me some wire to do it. He bent about a cm on each end onto itself so it created a smooth round end. The wire is about the length of a 260 and a half. You put the wire inside the first balloon and stretch the balloon as far as you can and then you poke the balloon covered wire into the next balloon and pull that one over it until the knobs are touching, then you carefully pull out the wire. I couldn't pump it up with my floor pump I had to use a lot of strength and pump it up with the hand pump (make sure you are holding both knobs over the pump nozzle as you pump)

I hope that makes sense. If it doesn't I could always post a few pictures.

I will say, double stuff knot tying and balloon twisting is very hard on the hands!
