Well I am so proud of my 'special' snail.

His eyes weren't like that when I started out! Not sure what happened haha! But this is the first thing I've made without following a direct tutorial. :-D

Also, he has reigns on. Just because. (Just because I couldn't make his head stay up! I think a bigger pinch twist at the base next time?)

EDIT - just covering up my current assignment - I highly doubt any of you are about to steal my work but just in case!

Well done for trying and it's good to see balloon chat on in the background  :)  You could shock twist his neck a little, this is explained in the tutorial section.

Thanks Graham - I will take a look at that.

(I can't stop laughing at his eyes!!) How am I supposed to twist the 5" round? Should I leave extra air in there when I inflate it, ie tie the knot as far away as possible? I tried that first but kept ending up with 3 bubbles rather than two as the air kept escaping into the extra space. But should I twist it so the knot is central? It feels pretty tight really?

Sorry Graham - do you have the link to the shock twist? I can't seem to find it.

Thanks.
