Hi! I was wondering if anyone knew of a tutorial around for help in making a giant car? Say F1 style / go-cart that kids can sit in for a photo op?
Any help much appreciated!

Thankyou! Don't suppose there are any photos of the other designs in the David grist vol 9 around that you know of? The one pictured isn;t quite what I'm after but the descriptions of the others sound promising.

I have built a couple, a racing car similar to the David Grist car and this old style, it was a ride for photo opportunity.
We also had Robbie Furman build a car day in Suttton, there are pictures on the forum.

Awesome. Definitely ordering it - Thanks loads for all your help! Now here's my other question. I am guessing tat it's not all 260s in those and that I have a few orders to make of balloons I don't have. It would help to do it in all one order instead of getting the dvd in one order and then finding the shopping list for another! Is there any list of balloons needed at all for say the F 1 car? Or even an idea of the few extras I would need other than 260s. Thanks! Kerry

Thanks, the F1 racing car was built with 350's the car was with 321's although I'm sure you could build the racing car from 321's as well.

Thanks Graham
How many am I likely  to need for a project like the F1 car? I'll be making an order next week when your red blossoms are back in!

I made it!!! So much fun - thanks loads for all the tips! I think I need to work on making my bubbles and pinch twists more even in size, but to the average punter I think I'll get away with it!
Loving the David Grist DVD - want to try the bike next!
Here is the car and my partner Dan driving it - one of the team who made the real  Mercedes GP car!
