It is pretty cool, I can only imagine how big it is using 16" L-O-L's.
 
I decided to give it a shot using 260's. It turned out pretty well. Definitely not for line work.
 
It took 7 260's for the empty version. The filled version as 2 5" rounds in the lobes and one 6" heart in the lower section. The 6" heart also supplies the pinch twist on the bottom to make the heart a little pointier.

Two things,
 
My daughter wanted the first heart but asked me to add a strap so she can hang it from her door. Not a bad idea so I thought I'd pass it along.
 
2nd. If you were all wondering (like I was) what the heart would look like in 350's here it is.

The 350 is made from 10 350's plus 5 - 5" rounds and 1 - 6" heart on the inside.
The heart once again supplies the pinch twist at the bottom.
