Please Help The Forum

This is a little plea with a big smile    Are you thinking the forum is a little slow and not much is being posted?
We have over 300 unique visitors every day to the forum with only a small few posting, if you do not join in then forums slow up and sometimes go.
So please try to contribute, add a picture and if you are not even a member then perhaps join, thanks for reading, an extra couple of smiles for everyone

Sorry Graham I do try and post but am flat out at the moment juggling balloons work (although not so much of that at the moment) and kids. Will post some pictures over the weekend x

I was just trying to encourage everyone Sonia, normally August does go a little quiet. It would be great to get a few on the non member lurkers joining as I'm sure everyone who looks at the site must gain from it so I was trying to put up a friendly post to try and boost the numbers. Maybe those that are on facebook could write a post and attach a link about the forum, lets spread the word and keep the forum active and moving forward. A couple more happy smiley faces

Ack!  This is one that makes me feel SO guilty!  I'm on here every day (several times a day), but responding comes few and far between for me!  I generally feel like someone says what I want to say first, so why repeat.  Sigh.  I'll do better....promise!

I really try to post as often as I can, including pictures.  I do have one question about the new people joining.  Should everyone say welcome or is that supposed to be just for admin to respond?  It seems kind of redundant to say the same thing to every new person however it would be nice if more people said hi to new members maybe?

As a newbie to the craft I am on here every day sometimes more than once scrolling through various things looking for help and ideas etc, I don't post other than a hello to new folks at the moment as I don't yet have the experience to offer anyone anything useful    

I will make an effort to get some pics on here. It really is an amazing site and it is great to feel part of such a friendly community. I look forward to the day I am skilled enough to offer tips and help to this site instead of just taking it.  :lol:

I love looking at the gallery and every ones work, it is something i aspire to to reach that amazing level of skill.

Magsi, I have been twisting for four years and still don't have any tips for anyone else.  Posting pics of your work is a good idea no matter how bad you feel they might be.  The encouragement and sometimes helpful hints from these people is amazing and it improves both your confidence and ability.  Post away, anything!!
