I just wanted to let people know about a very good website to order balloons from.  http://www.twistedartz.com
I have been ordering the majority of my balloons from him for quite a while now, and I have to say I'm very impressed with his customer service.  
He carries both Betallex and Qualatex balloons in all sizes and colors, and is very reasonably priced.  There have been occasions that I have needed product that is not listed on his site, and he has gone out of his way to try to find that product for me.  
The one thing that I really appreciate about Johnathon, is his honesty.  If he can't get the products that I need for a reasonable price, he lets me know I can get it for less elsewhere instead of just getting it and charging me the extra.  He also always lets me know if anything is on backorder when I place an order, so if he doesn't have it, or can't get it, I can plan accordingly and order what I need right away from somewhere else.
I can usually get about everything I need from him; and he is planning on expanding his business to include many other products besides what is on there now.  But if there is anything you need that isn't listed, just contact him, he may be able to get it.
Besides that, he is just a genuinely nice guy to deal with.  I highly recommend him.

I met Tonya at T&S.  She highly recommended Jonathon at twistedartz.
After T&S I needed balloon and of course, like most people I started to research items from my usual vendors. I couldn't find all the balloons at one vendors, then I try another and another. This went on for two weeks. I procrastinated for 2 week because I didn't want to have to pay for shipping charges for all the different vendors.  I remember Jonathon. He doesn't have all of the items listed on his site but I asked and he was able to get me all of my items.  It was a one stop shop . His charges were resonable. He kept in contact with me on a daily basis to let me know when he was able to obtain the items that was not on his site.  He confirmed the order by e-mail and assured me he would not charge anything unless he received a confirmation from me. He also called me on the day of delivery to make sure I had received my order.  How's that for service.  He's right on the money.
In talking wth him I can tell he is very honest and will not gouge anyone. Try him. You will be pleasantly pleased.
