This month's model of the Month will be Santa (Father Christmas)
You can just draw the belt and buckle on to make it just a 3 balloon design.

If you do use the design and would like to contribute a little to keeping the forum up and running then I have signed
up to "Buy Me A Coffee" where you can purchase a coffee or two. It would be appreciated.....Thank You XXxx

Here we go with the instructions for making the Santa.

Inflate the 350 red leaving 6 fingers un-inflated.
Make four 5 finger bubbles and securely wrap the knot of the balloon around twice to secure tightly.
Then make a 6 finger bubble to the lower middle section of the four 5 finger bubbles.

Make another 6 finger bubble back to the knot section of the balloon.
Make sure you wrap the knot under either side of the 6 finger bubble and through each 5 finger bubble so this does not come undone.

Inflate the Blush 260, leaving 6 fingers un-inflated.
Make a 7 finger bubble for the back of the head and a 2 finger pinch twist for one of the ears.

You then need a 4 finger bubble and a 1 finger pinch twist.
(This is where I add the nose later. You could make this a 1.5 finger bubble so the pinch twist is
the nose but for me the shape is not right and I prefer to use the end of the 260 for the nose)

Then make two 2 finger bubbles for the eyes and attach around the pinch twist.
Make another 4 finger bubble and another 2 finger pinch twist for the other ear.

Attach the knot of the balloon to this second pinch twist.
Slide the Blush balloon down over the end of the Red 350.

You then need two more 7 finger bubbles for the back of the head.
I use the end of this Blush 260 with a 2 finger bubble for the nose.

I attach the nose right at the end after adding the White 260 for the beard.
If you have run out then just use a scrap of Blush
Once you have made Santa a few times you will get to judge the balloon better for this.

Inflate the White 260 and leave 6 fingers un-inflated.

Attach the White balloon to the right pinch twist as you look at Santa's face.
What side you attach the White balloon will determine which side Santa's hat falls to at the end.

Make a 4 finger bubble and attach around the pinch twist under the eyes.
You then need another 4 finger bubble to the other side of his face and wrap into the pinch twist for the other ear.

You then need a 7 finger bubble for the front top section of Santa's head/hat and attach to the other ear pinch twist.
Push Santa's eyes out the way while you do this. We will push his eyes back into place later.

Then make a 7 finger bubble for the rear top section of Santa's head/hat.
(The back of Santa's head does make him look bald, you could swap out two of the 7 finger
Blush bubbles for White but this would mean using an extra balloon, the choice is yours)

Make an 8 finger bubble for Santa's lower beard and twist into the other ear pinch twist.

Push the air to the end of the Red 350 balloon and make a 3 finger bubble,
you can tie a scrap of balloon around the 3 finger bubble in the Red 350 if you are worried about this
un-twisting. Once the White 260 is wrapped tightly around this section though it should all stay in place.

Make an 8 finger bubble for the loop that the end of the Red 350 sits into and deflate the rest of the White 260.
Wrap the White 260 around the 3 finger bubble and tie into the ear pinch twist.

If you push the two Blush 4 finger cheek bubbles forward the eyes will sit snugly under the White top section of Santa's head/hat.

If you need to work quickly you could just draw his belt onto his tummy.
I have included a Black 350 and a 260 Gold chrome so you can make the belt.
Make a 2.5 finger bubble and then split this in half and make two even pinch twists.

Cut the end off the Black 350 so no air can get trapped.

Lay the 350 as in the picture over the two pinch twists and then tie the Gold chrome balloon onto the 350 Black.

Put your finger and thumb on one side of the 350 and run this to the end of the balloon and tie a knot.
This will get the excess of air out of the 350 so it sits nice and flat around Santa's tummy.
Do the same to the other side of the 350.

Push one end of the 350 through the centre of the two 6 finger bubbles for Santa's body and tie to one side.
Then when you push the knot in between the 6 finger bubbles and the buckle to the centre the knot will be hidden up.

To finish add the Blush 2 finger bubble for Santa's nose to the pinch twist below Santa's
eyes and push the small pinch twist behind the two White 4 finger bubbles.

Add the artwork and there is Santa completed.
I do use a White Edding pen for Santa's eyebrows.

I also did try to make Santa's eyes from the White 260 but preferred the look of the Blush for the eyes.
Please try the White as you may prefer that look.

Hope Santa is of use during the holiday season.
