Just sorting out the model of the month for February and we have gone for a completely new design of a Triceratops.
This is what will be in the complimentary packs but due to the world balloon shortage it might be a different colour combination.

Here we go then with the model of the month step by step instructions.
I might do something that I have never done before with the instructions, I might stop three quarters
of the way through as one of the pictures is not quite right so I need to take it again...........
or I might just post it and leave you wondering now where did it not quite look right, he he

Inflate the lime 260 leaving 6 fingers un-inflated, make a 1/2 a finger bubble then a 1.5 finger pinch twist.
You then need a 3 finger bubble for part of the lower mouth and then two 4 finger bubbles for the front legs.

Then make another 3 finger bubble for the other section of the lower mouth and twist this around the pinch twist.

You now need a very soft 2.5/3 finger fold twist for the front of the Triceratops mouth.

Then make a 3 finger bubble for the top section of the head and a 1.5 finger pinch twist.
You then need a 1 finger bubble twisted around the top of the legs.

For the body make a 4 or 5 finger bubble followed by another 1.5 finger pinch twist.
This is all you need of this 260, I always attach the next 260 before deflating this one.

Inflate the next lime 260 leaving 6 fingers un-inflated, attach to the rear body pinch
twist and then deflate the first 260 and tie with the second balloon.

Make two 4 finger bubbles for the rear legs and twist back into the rear pinch twist.

Make two more bubbles for the body, either 4 or 5 finger bubbles depending on the size you made earlier.
Twist around the top of the legs at the front and then twist into the rear pinch twist.

You then need one more bubble for the body, 4 or 5 fingers and twist around the top of the front legs.

Now push the air along the balloon as you want an uninflated section of the 260 that will be hidden
inside the four bubbles of the body and twist the 260 around the rear pinch twist.

I then snap of the end of the 260 and deflate it a little so that we have approx an 8 finger bubble for the Triceratops's tail.
Tie the 260 balloons together underneath the rear pinch twist. Shape the tail with a shock twist.

Onto the 160 lime for the fan on the Triceratops, I googled this and believe its called "The Frill"
I have made the Frill a few times and every time I have changed the bubble sizes and still not 100%
certain what looks best on the design. I posted a few variations here if you'd like to take a look.

Inflate the 160 leaving 5 fingers un-inflated, attach this to the lower section of the head.
Make a 5 finger bubble, two 4 finger bubbles and another 5 finger bubble and twist into the lower head section again.
Make two 3 finger bubbles and twist between the 5 finger and 4 finger bubble at the side.

Now make a 2 finger bubble and twist around the top of the head pinch twist.
Make another 2 finger bubble and twist this over to the other side where you have the 4 and the 5 finger bubbles.

You then need two 3 finger bubbles to match the other side and twist the 160 around the lower section of the head again.

This is what it looks like from the rear angle with the two 3 finger bubbles added.

You now need a 5 finger bubble to the centre of the Frill and then a 2 finger bubble twisted around the pinch twist.
Deflate the rest of the 160 lime but keep the uninflated excess piece for now, do not cut this off.

I like to pull the uninflated section of the balloon down to the lower head section and twist in tightly.
For me it helps to hold the head more securely in place, then cut off the excess of the 160 balloon.
You can see the uninflated balloon between the 3 and 5 finger 160 bubbles.

From the 160 white you need to make three sections of balloon, two 1 finger bubbles for the eyes,
twist the two bubbles a few times so there is a little excess between both eyes.
This gives you more play room to adjust the eyes into position.
Then two 2 finger bubbles for the upper two horns and for the lower horn I made this 1.5 fingers.

Push the eyes into position.

Attach the two 2 finger bubbles around the pinch twist on top of the head.
You can leave the pinch twist showing or push it in between the Frill.

Push the 160 front horn through the soft loop twist and tie to the lime 260.

Push the end of the 260 balloon, half finger bubble slightly into the fold twist.
Gently manipulate the fold twist so it sits snugly into the sides of the pinch twist making for a softer look.

Your Triceratops hopefully will be looking a little like this.
