We have gone with the fish hat for the model of the month. This is a variation of a design I made about 18 years ago now.
It might be on my Hats DVD, I would need to look to double check. I prefer this way as the bubbles
are under control so much better and the fish will move about when the person wearing it is
walking so adding movement, this will add so much to the design.

I will try and add the instructions ASAP.

These will be the complimentary packs that are going out with every balloon order this month.
I will try and post the step by step instructions later on today.

Here we go then with the instructions for the Fish Hat.

Inflate the Blue 260 leaving 2/3 fingers un-inflated, make two 1.5 finger bubbles and make into two pinch twists.
Measure the balloon around the persons head and twist at this section into the two pinch twists.

Inflate the Orange balloon and leave 5 fingers un-inflated.

Make two 1.5 finger bubbles and make into two pinch twists, you then need a 5 finger bubble followed
by a 4 finger fold twist (which is an 8 finger bubble) for the first tail fin.

Then make another 4 finger fold twist for the second tail fin of the fish.

You then need a 5 finger bubble twisted into the two pinch twists to make the second part of the lower fish.

The eyes for the fish are two 2 finger bubbles twisted back around the two pinch twists.

Then make a 6 finger bubble to sit over the eyes and twist into the rear fold twists.

You could deflate the rest of the balloon here if you preferred but I made a 4 finger bubble
and deflated the rest of the 260. This 4 finger bubble sits in between the two lower
5 finger bubbles and is twisted around the two front pinch twists.

It makes for a slightly fatter fish but if working line work would add a little time to the design.

Attach the Fish to the hat by twisting the end of the Blue 260 balloon for the hat around the tail fins of the Fish. 

Inflate the Clear 260 for the bubbles, on mine I left 9 fingers un-inflated, twist this around the two pinch twists.

I made nine 1.5/2 finger bubbles and attached around the rear fins of the fish.

Then carry on making as many Fish bubbles as you can from the 260 Clear and attach
the end securely around the two pinch twist on the hat.

Add a little artwork, you can also put a pinch twist into the second clear bubble as this will make
the bubbles look like they are moving more upwards and over the Fish. You might need
10 bubbles if doing this before you add to the rear Fish tail fins.
