You need a lot of the lime 260 to make the head, so pre stretch this.
Not pulling it while holding in both hands but pulling the balloon
through your finger and thumb to warm the balloon up.
This makes it 3/4 fingers longer in length. Also once inflated pull
the 260 through your hand to increase the length of balloon.

Inflate the lime 260 leaving approx. 7 fingers un-inflated.

Make a 4 finger bubble for his ear followed by a 1 finger pinch twist.

Then make a 3 finger bubble followed by a 1.5 finger pinch twist.
This will be the centre for eyes.

You then need another 3 finger bubble followed by a 1 finger pinch twist.

Then make another 3 finger bubble for lower eye section and twist into
the 1.5 finger pinch twist you already have.

Make another 3 finger bubble and twist this into the 1 finger pinch twist by the first ear you made.

Now for the back of head, make a 6 finger bubble and twist over to the other 1 finger pinch twist.

Then make a 7 finger bubble and twist back to the other 1 finger pinch twist.

The 7 finger bubble is for the top of head so it arches up a little.

You then need a 3 finger bubble followed by a 2 finger pinch twist.

Then make a 1 finger bubble and twist this into the 1.5 finger
pinch twist that is for the centre of the eyes.

Make another 1 finger bubble back to the 2 finger pinch twist and
then twist a 3 finger bubble into the 1 finger pinch twist.

You just need to make the other 4 finger bubble for ear and deflate the rest of the balloon.

(Now you could use an extra lime if you are unable to make form the one balloon.
If you did you could use the rest of the lime to make his feet green and also his hands)

Inflate the blush 260 leaving 3/4 fingers un-inflated.

Make a 9 finger bubble followed by a 1.5 finger pinch twist.

Then make another 9 finger bubble followed by another 1.5 finger pinch twist.
Tie the knot of the balloon around the second pinch twist.

Then make another 9 finger bubble and twist into the pinch twist.

Whatever the distance is from his feet to where his hands will be placed the 160 mocha
needs to be 1 finger bubble longer. This is so you can shape his stick a little for effect.

On mine it was a 6 finger bubble.

Then make two 1 finger pinch twists for his hands and twist
into centre of the two 6 finger arm bubbles.

The rest of the mocha gently wrap around the back of the top pinch
twist to look like his robe and twist into the two pinch twists.

Discard the rest of the mocha balloon.

Hi eyes, you could attach at the ear pinch twist and come across to the
centre eye pinch twist and then over to the other ear pinch twist.

I'm not a lover of the way this looks, I prefer to inflate balloon to approx. 1.5 finger bubble.

Split this into two and attach around centre eye pinch twist.
The excess on the white push through the eye and back of head section and tie together.

Push the eyes into head for the look you are after.

You can use the rest of the white to attach head to body or use the excess from the blush 260.

So with the white attach one end around the centre eye pinch twist.

Then run the other end through the centre of the mocha 160 large loop
and pull really tight and attach to the pinch twist on the blush 260.

Adjust so the head sits on top of the mocha 160 so the head sits nicely.

You can adjust the centre eye pinch twist for the look you prefer.
I like it to be pushed down between the lower 1 finger bubbles a little.

Hope you have something looking a little similar.

If you was to use two lime green 260's for the head then the feet and
hands as I said in the step by step would look a little like this.

Then I upscaled it to 350's
