Just thought I'd share this with you incase any of your laptops suffer the same fate!
My laptop was completely dead. It would not turn on and there were none of the usual lights when it was plugged into the power. I had just about resigned myself to it being a hopeless case and having to scrap it. As a last resort, having nothing to loose, I googled "laptop won't turn on" and found this forum. (Forums are grest aren't they! :lol: )

Apparently, a shut down can happen if you drop your machine (though I did not mine) and this often revives it.
Just goes to show that it is always worth googling any problem even if you are hopefull of an answer. This saved me a lot of money, I am one very happy bunny!
