Looks bad down there Kevin, were getting it a bit rough here in Portsmouth too but we are lucky to have the Isle of Wight as shelter from the worst of it.

Stay safe and build yourself a balloon life vest just in case.

It must be amazing to see that in person. I have been to the beach but never on anything other than a calm day and only in Sand Diego and LA.

'Tis a bit scary if you have to go out in it. As I live in a commercial fishing town, none of the fishing boats have been able to go out.....so the Pubs have been full !!!!!

We have had flooding round the harbour, the phones have been out, but Portland, an island joined to the mainland by just a causeway has been completely cut off, and are having it bad
