Les derniers jours j'ai consacré du temps à répondre et à parler de mes actes sur internet suite à l'utilisation comme photo de profil d'une création de Pascal Grooten sur ma page FB.
( sans mentionner l'auteur).

D'autre part , le fait d'avoir réalisé 3 compilations de photo sur Facebook en arrivant sur Facebook ( 120+60+50 photos ) + avoir un onglet "découverte" sur mon site contenant des artistes ,dont plusieurs non identifiés , à conduit vers un drama mondial .
J'ai passé du temps a répondre à chaque personne m'ayant contacté par mail,par les forums,facebook et telephone ...et il y en a ( en bien et en mal ) . Je me suis expliqué à chaque fois et donné mon point de vue ,mon ressenti...et écouté.

J'ai effacé toutes ces images de FACEBOOK ( ce qui ne me pose d'ailleurs aucun problème ne faisant que très peu d'animations).

Je suis en auto entreprise depuis 2 ans (décorations ballons ),je n'ai pas de magasin , je travail seul, et j'arrive "presque" à en vivre.
Je suis arrivé sur Facebook en mai 2012 https://www.facebook.com/oscar.ballons?ref=tn_tnmn , j'ai commencé à utiliser celle ci de façon pro fin 2012 pour les salons du mariage . Le but était bien de présenter mes créations , pas celui de vendre ou faire de l'argent avec le travail des autres .
A ce moment là ( février/mars 2013 ) , je me suis dit que seule mes décorations ballons devaient figurer sur ma page face, et que la sculpture ( étant une activité secondaire ) pourraient être l'occasion de créer un personnage donnant des exemples de la diversité du monde du ballon d'ou la naissance de https://www.facebook.com/capitaine.ballons?ref=tn_tnmn.

Au même moment je crée Docteur ballons sur FB , avec des liens de therapy par le jeux et clowns etc... vers des associations liés a l'autisme,le handicap ,les maladies infantiles graves ,les innovations médicales utilisant les ballons... ce compte à été supprimé après la publication sur le mur de la photo de Mr Grooten "Wanted balloons hoarder " .

J'ai eu droit à des tonnes d'ennemis,d' insultes , des sms , des publications sur des murs Facebook ,Balloons twist , Qualatex et autres sites communautaires mondiaux.

Mais j'ai aussi rencontré et discuté avec des gens sympas ( de toute la planète!) , eu de nouveau amis, et surtout appris à ne pas poster mes vieilles photos de ballons datant de 1998 à 2008 ( envrion 10000) , mais plutôt cliquer sur le bouton partager.

Dommage que Facebook ne comporte pas de bouton "J'aime pas " ...j'aurais battu des records

Reste mon site internet http://www.oscar-ballons.fr auquel je n'ai plus accès depuis fin 2012 ( j'ai contacté l'hebergeur hier qui ne peut rien faire ) . Je contacte LM soft ( web creator 5) pour avoir une solution ce jour . Dans le cas ou je n'aurais pas trouvé de solutions, j'effacerais mon site pour le refaire entièrement .

Pour ce qui est de rester ou partir du forum ( idem balloonchat ), je serais simplement présent . Et puis, ce n'est pas très important ...des choses plus graves se passent chaque jours sous nos yeux .

I have not been a member on the forum for many months but have, as imagine others have, been cringing at this end on my ipad. I do fully understand the desire to protect ones own work but equally felt sorry for Oscar as I watched a hounding campaign unveil on this forum and Facebook in particular.
I do hope that everyone has had the chance to reflect and that everyone can feel they can be a part of the forum which, for the most part, has proved to be an incredibly friendly and supportive environment.
Who knew balloons could be so emotive?

I contacted Oscar to remove my photos which he did. No hounding campaign or abuse from me.

Sorry, was not pointing fingers, I just noted the comments from some and watched the Facebook comments on pages identified, not just Oscars (I think some have more of a light touch than others and I am sure no one intends to upset others)
I am pleased that everyone has rallied round and Oscar has felt comfortable to post again on the pictures forum.
I appreciate all on the forum and am always grateful for the advice, comments, ideas and willingness to help others.
