never knew who these characters were until recently

Neither did I! I never saw the first movie...I'm not a fan of going to the movie theater. However, I face painted/balloon twisted for an event at the local movie theater a few months back. They paid me in movie tickets and restaurant gift certificates.

I was going to go kayaking one Sunday evening a few weeks back, but it got cancelled because of rain, so I used one of the movie tickets to see the minions, so that I'd finally know what every one was talking about.
