Nat, that is really beautiful, really nice sculpture.

Would love to see the hair from the back view.

Nice

Och, I didn't take a back view photo, but the 260 was merely looped into a pinch twist, and a white Sempertex heart with a puff of air for the ribbon....

You are a real romantic aren't you! I did make a groom for her, but I wasn't that pleased with how he turned out... here he is to complete the picture...

Think the artwork on these brides is beautiful.

Personally I use the 5" printed faces for mine.

That's gorgeous Pam - I've never seen the female face print used before. I notice your Bride has ditched her Groom as well, Clown4fun will be so sad....

My artwork would never compete...

The Groom .... He is about somewhere, but does not last as good as her. typicaly if I deliver them to a wedding he is always the one that plays up and quite often pops and needs redoing on site - where she will last at least a month on average.

I quite often do just brides for wedding fayres, she is displayed on a turntable to attract most attention.
We also get booked to send wedding morning wishes to brides with balloons and the mini bride is always a big hit.

I love your artwork, so beautifully done. I generally draw the eyes closed in a demure kind of look. Not for artistic impression... lack of talent! When I do a groom though I always have problems standing him up. I do looped feet with a small water balloon in each and one behind but he's never that stable!?!? If I put him on a geo it looks funny with him standing on something - like he's shorter than the bride or something. Do you have any ideas?

Hi... i never did the feet for my groom..heh..

since the wedding was a purple theme..i filled up three purple 5" rounds (double stuffed balloons) for the base and just tied the groom to the rounds...

HI Jo

Try stuffing a balloon straw into a black 260 and you will find it will push between the feet and the back of the neck at the back of your groom. As its a balloon straw it will be too thin to be noticed and will hold your groom upright.

Another way is to have 4 x 3.5" (inflated 5") balloons at the base instead of feet.

both work
