During a balloon jam the other day I had an idea I wanted to try but we ran out of time so I tried it today.  I necklace. Or whatever.  Anyway it was the request for blowing a balloon up in the middle that made me think of it.

just a thought, would you actually encourage children to wear a necklace made from balloons? adults yes ok but personally would not really be happy to give a child a balloon necklace to wear, even with a wrist wearable, i prefer to not knot the band but to slip it in and friction hold it together. am i being way too health and safety conscious?
