I am not sure if anyone has noticed but I haven't been here much over the last week as I went to my sister's wedding in Cyprus. Naturally I filled my suitcase with balloons just in-case and I thought I would share some of my photos with you.

Much to the frustration of my wife, here is what my suitcase looked like...

Balloons certainly weigh quite a bit and I only just squeezed under my 20KG baggage allowance including my clothes.

I have never worked in such heat before and it really presented some unique challenges. Even making the balloons in my own bedroom with the curtains drawn they would oxide quite quickly. The holiday guests and hotel staff seemed amazed with all the balloons I made and within a few days I became very popular which was great for new business leads. Each day I would decorate the reception area and bar (i was bored of sitting in the sun all day) which was fun. Perhaps I will be returning at a later date for a paid gig :-)

I made one of David's dog masks which they used at the kid's disco for three days! It looked so bad by the end but they wouldn't throw it away...

The incredible hulk wearable is very popular and lots of people wanted a photo wearing it...

I made a bride and groom for my sister's wedding which looked nice as part of the overall table decoration.

This one hotel had 28 weddings in May... just think of the potential!

And then I made another princess for the waitress who keep bringing me beer all week...

Great work!  I am going to my daughters wedding in Jamaica in November and now I am thinking about taking balloons too.  Although she wants no decor done in balloons, I too do not like sitting in the sun all day and having a few balloons could keep me busy during the days.  Thanks nippy!
