These Fantasy Flowers were inspired by a Janice Whitehead class I took a few years ago.  The round balloons are just balloons wrapped around round rubber balls.  The bottom is from styrofoam packaging and painted it green.  "Waste not, want not"

Thanks for liking  It takes me about 15 to 20 minutes per flower and somtimes longer depending on the flower.  So it is a little time consuming but usually what I'll do is make some flowers while I'm watching TV and store them in a tupperware container. They will keep for a long time if you store them correctly.  So they are ready to go when I need to put something together.
