I was taken with the heart design Sabina showed at the memorial lecture earlier in the month.
I have been making this design for a few years now.

But with what Sabina showed it has evolved a little.

I then added a frame to it.
I have been wanting to make some large hands cradling a baby so used the hands in the heart pictures as well.
The hands look a little like plucked chickens in this picture.

I was trying to decide how to build the frame, the same as in the first picture on this thread
or version two. Version two is on the left of the heart and version one on the right.
I decided to go with version two.

The frame is not quite finished in the last picture here, I have still to build the inside frame.

I do like the final photo. I think you could add another balloon on the inside to smooth those pinch twists off, and give an inner heart.

Thanks Danny, there are another 30 odd pictures to post about the heart design that I have been working on today.
All will be revelled soon, well 5/6 days more likely.

I moved the inner folds and pinch twists out of sight to see the result.
Then added an inner frame to the heart.

Sorry Graham, I thought it was finished.

It's not a problem, I changed the inside of the heart above. Just playing.

I have wanted to make some big hands for a while, the plan was to have them cradling a baby.
As I made the heart I thought I might as well use them here as well.

More pictures with the hands.

I think I took too many with the heart and hands, there is a variation on the way.

I then added a baby to the mix.

These all look very similar pictures for some reason, oops!

I then added the baby to the hands. I made a belly button but forgot to glue it onto the body......OOoops!

The finished heart, It still needs work for the centre section but I enjoyed making it.
