Hi Novalee,
               The 15 inch heart uses a raisin twist at the top to be tied to the centre of the lobes of the 260 braid.
Then both hearts are tied together at the bottom.  The flowers can either be added with some un-inflated 160 green wrapped around the 260 (of the same shade of green) or just stuck on with glue dots.    Glue dots are the better way to do it.
