Another character I have never heard about.
I believe he is on CBBC children's channel in the UK

Version two I changed the ears and had 260s down the side of coat
and not 350's so making what I thought was a better shape.

I changed the colour of mouth, not sure if Blush or Coral works best.
I changed colour of shoes to choc brown.
