I thought it looked great and a little quirky so made one from a heart for the face and a 350 and then three 260's for the ears and legs.
I remember at the very first balloon lecture I went to with Bob Wooding at the Qualatex store when it was at South Wimbledon he made an excellent Sausage dog,
now I suppose I will have to go look for the instructions if I still have them or picture.

Thanks for the link to my video!  I like the variation of using a heart for the head.  I'll have to give that a go.
