My daughter had the pleasure of attending the GOSH Christmas Party today. Roger, Danny and a team of artists decorated the venue. Well done - they look amazing!

BAPIA organised it all this year after Roger kindly handed it over to them.
Sue Bowler from Qualatex and Chris Horne from Anagram taught their designs for 25 participants to make.

It was a great day.

 

I am very fortunate to be returning to the Great Ormond Street Party today as a volunteer so that I can see how the children react to our décor.  I will then be writing an article in the BAPIA newsletter along with more photographs.  Thank you to Roger for bringing this to us and being a big part of this years décor team and also to Danny for photography and video services.  Everybody worked as a great team and it really was a fantastic day.  FI we will also be presenting GOSH with a cheque (full value to be announced when we have finished the calculations)

It was a fantastic day and an amazing experience. Thanks to Roger, John, Sue and Chris for organising the day and coming up with such amazing designs! Was great to spend the day working with Danny (you make me laugh so much - in the best possible way! Although dreading the video!!!!) and Roger (thanks for teaching me how to use the mag mover - can't wait to have another go -sad as I am rofl) - learnt loads from everyone and met such wonderful people and the decor looked amazing. Would definitely love to be there again next year!
