Thank you for the nice comments. That one was a first go at a boat I have to make today. I wanted to be sure I would know what i was doing on the day do I would not be late with it.  So today I did the balloon again and she was really pleased with it. Delighted. Before I took it I tried I'd out on my pond. It went so good I think I will make another one and sail it on a lake at a local water park.  Maybe attach some fishing line so I can pull it back in again. But the sail catches the wind and it moved across my pond quite fast.  Most important... It was stable and didn't tilt to one side.
