Title: Racing Car attempt

I decided to try to do David Grist's Grand Prix car, unfortunately I didn't have access to my copy of the dvd (left it at home) Here is my attempt based on my memory and some pics I found on here.

Last year I made an attempt at the bi-plane and it was 'displayed by my in-laws at their annual drinks party they have. This year they did the same with the car and hung it in their sun room

Nicely done!  

I had wanted to make one of those David Grist cars for years.  Finally last year I got my chance.  I'm not a great weaver but the design hid my mistakes quite well and the Bday boy loved the car.  Can't ask for more than that. :)
