I have had a request for a small bride and groom later this month. I have downsized my existing one. This is 40cm from tip to toe. The dress is the eternity weave (I posted a link in he tutorial section).

Could you put an 11" white round inside the dress?

I think the round added inside will make attaching the body easier (will tie the two nozzles together and slide through).
I did do an extra round of weaving to make it fill the gaps a bit more. Worked well but then made the dress out of proportion to the body.

inspired by the eternity weave, I watched the video, and here's my first go. but did not get weave 100%.
Graham I know what you mean by inserting a round balloon, I think that will give wrong shape for dress, I am going to try a 646, or 350's, on my next one I make. I do not have the right colour for this one.
