It is my daughter's birthday today and I wanted to make her a special Hello Kitty balloon but I didn't have any 11 inch hearts so I had to adapt an 11 inch round white with 3 raisins for the ears and bow.  I was sweating a bit because the only white balloon I had was in a bag of 25 I bought from the 99p shop!  Surprisingly it stood up to the test though!
