Hi!

This is a bit of a weird request but I've just been asked whether I could make a large (4ft) ear to put in the shop window of a hearing centre for Hearing Awareness Week.  I've tried searching the forum but can't seem to find anything like this.  Does anyone have any ideas?

Hi!

My name's Matt and I've been into balloons for about a year now, mainly just as a hobby for my kids (and for me of course!) but I've done a few charity events at my work as well.  

Mostly the balloons I make are from instructions but I have come up with a few ideas of my own or adapted others to how I want them.  I've learnt a lot from various forums such as this plus video sites like YouTube etc etc etc (there is so much information out there!).  

Up until now I've just been as an observer but I thought it was about time I joined in, to learn and share ideas with other twisters.  I am really interested in going to jams but I haven't really been able to find out where or when such events take place near me.  

I live in Devon in the UK and saw on this site that there was a Care and Share event in Exeter last year and was wondering whether there were plans for another one this year?  Also, does anyone know if there are any other events going on in the South West?
