for a stand, I use heavy gauge wire, it comes in a roll.  just use pliers to bend the wire upright and leave the base in a circle.  works great,
no gluing, quick to make.  (Trying to figure out how to post a photo)

Hello fellow balloon enthusiast.  My name is Justin Reams.  I've been into been into balloons for a little over 3 yrs.  Balloons are a big part of my life and income, don't know what i'd do without them:)  

I have put out several instructional PDF's and videos for sale and also free tutorials via youtube.  I've had one of mine reviewed on this forum... the Pretty Kitty PDF.
