Woo hooo. It sounds like it's going to be a great day. Gabrielle is fantastic and a lovely person. She 'sees' balloons differently to me, I am really intrigued by her models. They are fantastic!
Book me on please!

Way hayyyyy...I posted this via the tapatalk app on my phone. I wasn't sure it had worked though. I could make some improvements, his mouth was tricky as I was trying to get all of his features in...namely:-
jaw, teeth with some pointing upwards, black tongue, pink muzzle, pink nose, wart on the end of his nose etc etc

Hello Stu

Thank you for the mention, but you deserved the win especially as you applied all that you had just learnt..well done! And well done for bringing another welsh accent to the group...we are not the only Welshies, i'm sure you'll meet the rest of us soon.

See you soon

What a fantastic two days. It was well worth the long detour on the way home.( I didn't get home until 12.20am and had to get up for school the next day, I was so tired)  but I learnt soooo much, I don't know where to start. Thank you to all for making this special, especially Graham, Lynne, Daniel and David.
Also thanks to Dave and Barbara for lift sharing/chauffeuring me most of the way there and back. I didn't take many pics of the models, sorry , so can't post any on here:-(

Looking forward to the next one.

Hello All

I must agree with all that has been said regarding all who made this a truly successful event ( yet again) ....

Who would have thought theses days could just keep giving?

What a great two days!! I learnt plenty of techniques, hints and tips from both Roger and Brian. It was more than worth the 5 am start on Wednesday morning.

And what a food table, plenty of goodies to keep us going...but I was good this time, honest:-)

Many, many thanks to everyone but especially Graham, Lynne, Roger and Brian.

I had to sit down to do it too!

But honestly it is money well spent.....I recommend joining BAG.. all levels of twisters.
Quote from: "Graham Lee"From Bristol we have two new members, Barbara and Amanda re-joined  :D  And I have a picture of Amanda signing the cheque.

This doesn't really fall into this category, but I wasn't sure where else to post it...it's not another use for a balloon but....I did use my salad spinner the other day to spin dry my juggling balls when they got wet, well soaked really, after working 'under cover' (I use that phrase very loosely) on a very wet, stormy day. (My washing machine was already being used.) It did the job brilliantly...and then I lined them up neatly on top of the radiator to finish off-and they were ready for action the next day, result! There are a lot of very useful ideas on here...I love them all.....so it proves our heads are just buzzing, full of balloon latex and air....I am relieved to find out it's not just me then ;)
