This download comes as a single video file easily downloaded from the website after purchasing. The video is good quality. The audio has been dubbed on afterwards which works equally well.

This character is adorable and this tutorial contains elements that can be transfered to other designs. The main attraction is the hair which is really good and I haven't seen anything like this before. The use of the ears to hold the hair in place is wonderful. The view from the back is equally as impressive as the one from the front!

The dress and main body is quick and easy. The rear of the shoes contain an extra balloon loop used to stabilise the balloon so it is free standing.

The artwork I chose is the simple version but Corrine shows other examples for those of you who are face painters.

This design can be easily adapted for any female character and offers lots of potential.

Extremely good value and a 'must' buy.

Balloon Review 157 - Little Red Haired Girl by Corrine Smith Video Download

Available from http://www.twisterscookbook.com - priced 7 dollars

The lovable character from the recent Charlie Brown movie is the girl without a name. The one who lost her pencil!

Let's see what we have here...

MERITA

I think this character is from the movie Brave. Standard design holding a small bow. I don't this will be a popular choice with kids.

MULAN

Possibly my least favourite of all the designs but an interesting concept of attaching legs via a marriage twist to the dress. It is important that the amount of uninflated balloon on top of the legs is just the right amount so the dress is the right length.

Everything else is the standard princess design.

Of course with such skinny legs she won't stand upright on her own.

MULAN

A not so popular Princess but I loved the movie. I wasn't sure if anyone would recognise this design but I posted it on my facebook page and she was identified fairly quickly. The arm section is the best here. Could easily pass as a japanese geisha or something like that.

I like it.

AERIAL

A cuddly version of the popular mermaid. A 321Q makes the perfect tail. Everything else here is the same as the other princesses. I usually make Buster Balloons mermaid design for walkabout entertainment but I feel I will be sneaking this one in now and again.

JASMINE

A different style as this one does not use a heart for the dress. Princess Jasmine wears trousers hence the 260Q for the legs. The most impressive part of this design is the front section of the hair. I won't giveaway Shana's secret but this is simply brilliant. Make sure the front two bubbles and the perfect size (mine are slight too large) - this is so cool. This has to be one of my favourite princess designs.

Unlike the heart, this princess can be mounted onto a party cup, bracelet or headband (if she isn't too tall).

Really good.

Really excited that Hyun-Gu Park's new book is on its way from Singapore... hope it arrives soon. I loved both his first two books (one of which is still stocked by Graham i think)...
