To make safe pop twist, use double pinch twists at both sides of the bubble to pop.

To make hands for example, make a long bubble as the arm, then make two pinch twists (its enough to twist then 3-4 times, you don't need to twist too many times), a small bubble to pop later, again two pinch twists, and then the other arm. Return to the body where the first arm is started, complete the figure, and finally pop the small bubble between the two double pinch twists.
