Hello to you all,

I'm Paul, I live in Doncaster - that's a long story how I got here... YAWN.
I learned to make a dog and sword many, many years ago! Then, I got disheartened because as soon as I made two dogs, children seen to come from all corners of a room 50 at a time, wanting me to make aliens, snakes and trees! WHAT?? And, I only had enough puff to make two dogs, at my age!

Anyway, my interest was renewed at a marriage fair a few weeks ago, where there was a local balloon maker. We chatted for ages. He even sent me a pump and packet of balloons to encourage me. Wasn't that great! So, I managed to fill a bin liner full of odd shapes, and attempts to make things after following some good stuff on YouTube. I even bought a balloon apron... forever optimistic me.

I'm a priest, not an entertainer..... although, some would say 'church is theatre, and I look like a clown dressed up!'
So, that's me folks. I hope I'm writing this in the right box for everyone to have a nose.
I hope to learn new things so that I can share with other newcomers like me eventually - give back and all that...

I hope to make it to Leeds tomorrow (19 Mar 2013) to show off my novice and stupid ways. I will bring a roll of 50 black bin liners....

Hi Paul, It was great to meet up again, nice to see you still have the "bug".
I find that Black bin liners are my way of saying - I am getting better, "honest"
Keep at it and I hope to see some great pictures from you in the future (introvert indeed!   :lol: ).
