Balloonbug

Hi everyone,

I'm quite new to the balloon business (especially the twisting side) but I would like to donate some of my time (maybe one afternoon a month) to the local children's hospital/wards however i would not even know where to start with this. is this even possible?? Is there anybody out there who has done this??? I would appreciate any advice/help on how to go about arranging this.

Thanks :) x

Hi were are you based. (Don't know why but no one seems to fill there profile in these days).

May be an idea to look at a Children's Hospice rather than a hospital as I find them much more enthusiastic.
I have connections with several hospices but it depends were you are based.

I know Darren (Nippy99) works in a hospital and takes the balloons in for children. He may have a better take on it.

Roger

I do shows in hospitals, it is organised by a charity who provides childrens entertainment for children in hospital. I think the thing to do would be to contact a childrens charity or organisation who does this type of thing. Maybe there is one in your local area?
