Hi, my name is Cindy and I'm brand new to Balloon Chat.  I'm also a little new to the balloon business, so I will probably be asking for a lot of help.  I have one question at the moment...how do you lubricate and clean a balloon pump.  I have a large manual "Pump 1" (they call it that on the TMyers site).  It's about 3 feet tall...Thank you very much for your help.

Hi Cindy, welcome to the forum. Just put vaseline inside the pump for lubrication, not a lot though and then in the UK there is a cleaner called Cif which cleans the outside well.
