Hi,
I'm Mhairi and just joined the forum so wanted to say hey. I started balloon modelling 2 years ago when I went to a training day that my friend was running for her bouncy castle and facepainting business, this day we discovered that I was never going to be any use at face painting, and they decided to teach me to model balloons, the only issue was, I was PETRIFIED of the noise of balloons bursting and squealed every time it happened, not the most positive start however with a lot of perseverance and lots of practice I have now managed to overcome this and started working as a balloon modeller, so last year I decided that I really wanted to do some jobs under my own business, so I started generating my own work too in my own name it's been super exciting and I am so glad I did it. I've still got so much to learn, both in business and in balloon modelling but I am working hard and have amazing mentors to help me through
I also thought I'd share my favourite piece of work so far, it was a balloon witch Halloween costume and took me ages, but it was totally worth it for the final result.
